Disputes between you and PicLumen will be resolved by binding, individual lawsuit and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

Unless you and PicLumen both otherwise agree, the lawsuit shall be under the jurisdiction of a People’s Court in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province,
People’s Republic of China. PicLumen shall not be liable for any legal fees and/or other costs incurred prior to receiving complete notification of the
claim.
