Cloaked man under blue neon in rainy dystopian megacity

Create a dystopian science fiction artwork. Apply a desaturated, industrial color palette dominated by muted grays, cold blues, and worn neutrals. Use dramatic, directional lighting and deep shadows to convey a sense of oppression, while subtly suggesting resilience through careful composition and strategic placement of light. Render all surfaces with realistic, gritty textures—think weathered metal, concrete, worn fabric, and dirt. SCENE: In a rainy megacity where skyscrapers are covered in clashing ad screens and rust, a solitary figure with a cloak made of truck tarps blinks under the light of a broken blue neon sign. At his feet, in a puddle of dirty water, a faint hologram of a tree is reflected, a project of an old resistance. Above, a silent police transport sweeps with a light beam, ignoring the small green sprout emerging from the concrete beneath his feet. Integrate futuristic elements only as restrained, believable accents (e.g., faint HUD reflections, minimal interface lines, subtle tech details), embedded naturally into the environment. The overall aesthetic must feel grounded, lived-in, cinematically oppressive, yet quietly resilient. Deliver a high-resolution, widescreen artwork free of digital artifacts or an overly clean, synthetic look.
