A green-skinned witch leaps across a bold black background

A cartoon-style illustration of a green-skinned witch with a large, pointed purple hat and a purple robe cinched with a gold buckle. She has large, wide eyes with prominent pupils, a long, hooked nose, and a mischievous grin. Her hair is black and wispy. She is depicted in mid-stride, with one leg forward and the other bent behind her, as if she is running or leaping. She is wearing striped red and white stockings and pointy purple shoes. Her robe is flowing around her, and she is holding onto the fabric with one hand. The illustration is on a black background, with bold black outlines and flat, vibrant colors. The art style is reminiscent of classic animated Halloween specials, with a playful and energetic mood. The composition is dynamic, capturing a sense of movement and excitement.
