Pixel Art Skeleton Cowboy in a Saloon

Create a pixel art image of a skeleton dressed as a Wild West cowboy in a saloon, wearing a black hat, purple neckerchief, and western attire with a holstered revolver. The skeleton leans on the bar counter with a whisky bottle and glass. The saloon has a dark, moody atmosphere with warm yellow and red lighting, neon signs, and posters on the walls. Use a limited 16-bit color palette, dithering for shading, and crisp 1:1 pixel details to enhance the retro aesthetic. Emphasize a macabre yet surreal Western theme with bold outlines and high contrast.
