Pixel Art Cowboy by a Campfire Under the Full Moon

create a pixel art image of a western night scene with a cowboy sitting on the ground next to his brown saddled horse, near a campfire. The cowboy wears a hat and classic western attire. Include a wooden fence in the background and a starry sky with a bright full moon in the top right corner. Use a warm, nostalgic color palette dominated by red and orange tones. The campfire casts a golden glow, illuminating the scene. Add small details like low vegetation. Emulate a 16-bit retro aesthetic with well-defined pixels, limited color palette, and dithering for texture, reminiscent of 90s classic games.
