Anime Wizard on a Broom Over a Coastal Town

A charming anime still in the style of Studio Ghibli, by Hayao Miyazaki. A handsome young wizard with short hair is sitting sideways on his flying broomstick, comfortably eating a glazed donut with one hand. A cute black cat is perched curiously on the front end of the broom, looking down at the view below. They are flying over a picturesque, sun-drenched Mediterranean island town with colorful houses and a sparkling coastline. The view is from a dynamic aerial perspective, behind and slightly above the characters. The sky is a vast, clear blue with massive, soft fluffy clouds. A gentle breeze ruffles the wizard's blue robe and the cat's fur. The atmosphere is whimsical, peaceful, and full of joy. Soft cel-shading, watercolor textures, detailed background, studio ghibli style, high resolution, 4k, masterpiece.
