Once a talented writer, he abandoned his dreams after his lover, Meera, disappeared without explanation on the night they planned to elope. One rainy morning, Arjun finds an old, undelivered letter at the bottom of a rusted postbox scheduled for demolition. The letter is addressed to him—written ten years ago, in Meera’s handwriting. Shaken, Arjun opens it. The letter hints that Meera didn’t leave him by choice and warns him not to trust the version of events he was told. Determined to uncover the truth, Arjun begins retracing Meera’s last known days, delivering letters to people connected to her past. Each delivery reveals fragments of secrets—betrayal, social pressure, and a powerful family that silenced her voice. As Arjun digs deeper, he learns Meera was forced into a marriage and later declared dead after a mysterious accident. But inconsistencies in records suggest she may still be alive. The journey transforms Arjun. He starts writing again, documenting the truth as a novel. In the climax, Arjun discovers Meera living under a new identity, having survived but chosen silence to protect others. Their reunion is emotional but restrained—love unchanged, lives forever altered. In the final scene, Arjun publishes his book and delivers one last letter—to Meera—this time without regret. She watches from afar, smiling, as he finally lets go. Theme: Love, truth, and the courage to confront the past. Ending: Bittersweet but hopeful.
