Skeleton pirate bartender in an underwater shipwreck tavern

A tavern at the bottom of the ocean, built in an old ship wreck. The sign on the Bar says "Davy Jone's Locker" An old skeleton pirate is standing behind the bar serving drinks and there are skeletons of old pirates, strange fish, sea horses and squid drinking at the bar. There are other skeletons of shipwrecked people sitting at tables as well as other strange deep see animals. There is an attractive female seahorse waiting tables. Done in a fantastic fantasy art style with bold colors and a sense of dymanic motion.
