Wicked Witch Stirring a Cauldron in Her Spell Room

A terrible, short, squatty wicked witch. She has a big nose, a hooked chin deep black eyes, wrinkled old skin. She is wearing old, worn clothes and a large witches hat. She is in her spell casting room where there are shelves with arcane artifacts and skulls and other things. There are strange creatures flying around and running around the floor. The witch is standing at her boiling cauldron and is letting out a loud evil laugh as she stirs her evil potion. Done in a fantastic and detailed Frank Frazetta fantasy art style with bold colors and a sense of dymanic motion. A terrible, short, squatty wicked witch.
