Anime Parkour Character on a Neon Cyberpunk Rooftop

a dynamic cyberpunk rooftop action scene featuring a young anime male with tousled black hair streaked with neon green and subtle orange, intense glowing green eyes, medium tan skin, and a confident, focused expression. He is caught mid-vault over a weathered concrete rooftop ledge, bracing himself with one hand while his body twists through the air in a fluid, acrobatic parkour motion. One knee is pulled tightly upward, the opposite leg extends diagonally behind, and the free arm sweeps back for balance, creating an energetic, spiral-like silhouette. He wears a sleek black streetwear outfit with a black shirt, fitted black pants, and a glossy oversized jacket with luminous neon green panels, orange trim, lightning-bolt motifs, and a glowing circular emblem on the sleeve. Black combat boots and a dangling green cross earring add a rebellious, stylish edge. Behind him stretches a dense futuristic skyline packed with towering high-rises, glowing vertical Japanese neon signs, holographic billboards, and layered industrial rooftops in pink, cyan, violet, and electric blue. A bright green paint-like energy arc curves around the character to emphasize momentum and movement. Low-angle cinematic composition, extreme foreshortening, bold perspective, highly detailed background, clean but expressive anime linework, painterly cel shading, graphic-novel energy, neon rim lighting, ink splatter accents, vibrant cyberpunk palette, stylish and kinetic, highly polished illustration
