Futuristic Portal City in a Desert Landscape

The image is a landscape enclosed in a jagged frame that imitates an old parchment. In the center of the composition is a large futuristic circular portal that rises above a desert landscape. The portal has a silver metal body and is filled with numerous illuminated windows and structures. Inside the portal, a tall futuristic city can be seen with a domed building in the center. A gentle slope leads up to the portal, surrounded by small buildings or structures. The landscape around the portal is a desert with small dunes and sparse trees, resembling an African savannah. In the distance, you can see flying machines soaring in the sky. The sky is filled with clouds and colored in the warm tones of a sunset. In the foreground of the image, at the bottom, there is a small river or stream winding through the sand.
