Flat Vector Pride Poster With a Group of People

Please help me change the characters in the image into flat vector illustrations, highlighting 'simple color blocks, no complex textures' — the core characteristics being the use of simple geometric shapes, high-saturation solid color blocks, and clean contour lines to construct the image, abandoning complex shadows, gradients, and three-dimensional effects. Then, based on the main color tones of the characters, create a poster. The poster background should be a solid color matching the main tone. The copy on the poster should be placed either to the left or right of the characters' heads, with attention to layout harmony. The main title text should be 'YOU ARE ALL INCLUDED', arranged in two lines. The smaller subtitle line below it should be 'Pride', shown in rainbow colors, with each letter in a different color, using a handwritten-style font. Be sure to retain the racial/ethnic characteristics of the characters in the image.
