Cat and Mouse Cartoon in a Vintage Kitchen

A short 5-second cartoon scene in the style of golden age American animation from the 1940s-1950s. Hand-drawn 2D animation, cel-shaded, warm slightly muted vintage color palette, soft film grain texture, thick clean black outlines, bouncy squash-and-stretch character motion. Two original characters: a small grey mouse with big round eyes, and a clumsy orange house cat, both with exaggerated goofy comic expressions. Simple gag: the cat creeps forward on exaggerated tiptoes trying to sneak up behind the mouse, who is happily nibbling on a piece of cheese at a small table in a cozy kitchen. At the last moment the mouse’s eyes go huge, it gasps, and scurries off screen leaving a small puff of dust behind; the cat overreaches and comically stumbles forward. Fast comic timing, exaggerated anticipation poses, elastic bouncy movement, simple flat vintage-style background. No text, no dialogue, no modern 3D or flat vector shading, no violence — just lighthearted slapstick comedy.
