Funny Red Convertible Car Chase Cartoon

A humorous, cartoon-style illustration depicting a red convertible car with two passengers speeding down a grey asphalt road. The driver, a man with red spiky hair, grins broadly, his face contorted with exhilaration. Beside him, a woman with blonde hair and wide, startled eyes is also enjoying the ride, her hair blowing in the wind. Behind them, a police car with flashing red and blue lights is in pursuit. A police officer stands by the side of the road, having been pulled over, with his pants down and a ticket in his hand, looking sheepish. The environment is simple, with green grass bordering the road under a clear blue sky. The overall mood is lighthearted and comical, emphasizing a funny traffic incident. The art style is reminiscent of classic comic strips, with bold outlines and flat, vibrant colors. The lighting is bright and even, suggesting daytime. The composition is a mid-shot, following the action of the speeding car and the police car.
