Dark-Humor Family Cartoon in a Living Room

A humorous, stylized cartoon illustration depicting a family's reaction to a portrait of a deceased elder. In the foreground, a young boy with blond hair and a cheeky grin offers a bouquet of flowers to an elderly man seated in a large, upholstered armchair. The elderly man, bald with a prominent nose and a melancholic expression, wears a purple jacket. Behind the boy, a woman with blond curly hair and a red jacket looks upwards with a mixed expression of sadness and perhaps apprehension. To their left, a man with thinning hair and a worried, exaggerated facial expression gazes towards the wall. On the wall, a framed portrait of an elderly gentleman with a black mourning ribbon is tilted askew, suggesting it's being moved or has just been hung. Next to the portrait is a metallic safe with a blue door and visible lock mechanism. The overall style is reminiscent of classic European comic strips, with bold black outlines, flat, vibrant colors, and exaggerated character features. The lighting is even and bright, typical of a comic panel. The composition is a medium shot, focusing on the characters' interactions and reactions. The mood is a blend of somberness and dark humor, conveyed through the contrasting elements of mourning and the playful, exaggerated art style.
