A young mermaid holds a coral basket in a sunlit underwater world

A vibrant, animated underwater scene in the classic Disney 2D animation style. The main subject is Ariel, a young mermaid with long, flowing red hair and a green tail, wearing a purple seashell bikini top. She is smiling and looking to her left, holding a basket of colorful coral and sea anemones. To her left and slightly above swims Flounder, a bright yellow fish with blue fins and a worried expression. Above them, Sebastian, a red crab with a stern, slightly anxious face, is positioned in flight. The environment is a coral reef, with abundant seaweed of various shades of green and brown swaying in the current. Red coral formations dot the seabed, alongside rocks and a large starfish. Shafts of sunlight penetrate the water from above, creating dappled light effects on the sandy bottom and illuminating the characters. The color palette is rich and saturated, with blues, greens, yellows, and reds dominating, conveying a sense of wonder and playful adventure. The overall mood is cheerful, lively, and idyllic. The composition is dynamic, with the characters arranged in a triangular formation, and the camera angle is at eye-level with the subjects, offering a clear view of the underwater world. The artwork is reminiscent of "The Little Mermaid" (1989), with its distinctive hand-drawn aesthetic and smooth animation.
