Chibi cartoon elderly man reacts with surprise and blue lightning

A chibi-style cartoon illustration of an elderly man with spiky white hair, large round glasses, and an open-mouthed expression of surprise. He is wearing a formal navy blue suit with a vest, a white shirt, and a purple polka-dot tie. Small blue lightning bolts emanate from his hair. The character is superimposed onto a blurred background of a white shirt with a faint signature. The art style is reminiscent of anime or manga, with bold outlines and vibrant colors. The lighting is bright and even, highlighting the character. The composition is a medium shot, focusing on the character's upper body and head. The overall mood is playful and energetic.
