Armored knight confronts an alarmed woman in a rustic medieval kitchen

A medieval knight in full plate armor, with chainmail visible beneath, stands in a rustic kitchen. He wears a surcoat with a lion rampant crest. His helmet is lowered, obscuring his face, and he holds a gauntleted fist clenched. Facing him is a woman in a historically accurate peasant dress, featuring a fitted bodice and a loose skirt. Her expression is one of alarm and defense, with her hands raised as if to ward off an attack. The kitchen is dimly lit, with natural light filtering through a small, paned window. Wooden beams, earthenware jugs, and baskets of produce are visible in the background, creating an authentic historical atmosphere. The scene is captured with a shallow depth of field, focusing on the interaction between the two figures. The overall mood is dramatic and tense, with a cinematic realism. Cinematic lighting, high detail, realistic rendering, dramatic composition.
