Haunted Cemetery Pixel Art

Create a pixel art scene of a haunted cemetery at night. Depict a translucent, ghostly figure hovering above tombstones, wearing a hooded cloak that hides its face, with outstretched arms forming a menacing silhouette. The cemetery is on elevated ground covered with tall, wavy grass. In the background, show a turbulent ocean with waves under the light of a yellow full moon partially obscured by clouds. Use a dark blue night sky filled with dense clouds to enhance the eerie atmosphere. Employ pixel art techniques such as limited color palettes, dithering for texture, and precise pixel placement for shading. Emphasize the contrast between the glowing white specter, the soft yellow moon, and the dominant blue tones to create a supernatural and unsettling mood.
