Pixel Art Hand Emerging From a CRT Monitor

create a pixel art image of an abstract retro-futuristic scene featuring a human hand emerging from inside a CRT computer monitor, with the background resembling motherboard circuits. Use a limited 8-bit color palette with high contrast, emphasizing dithering and sharp edges for a classic pixel art style. The monitor should have scanlines and a slight glow, while the hand appears pixelated with visible blocky details. The motherboard background should feature geometric patterns resembling electronic pathways, using shades of green, blue, and black. Keep the resolution low (e.g., 128x128 or 64x64) to enhance the retro aesthetic. Avoid anti-aliasing for a crisp, authentic pixel art look.
