Surreal portrait of a blue haired tattooed Asian woman

A surreal portrait of a young Asian woman, positioned in the left half of the frame. Her face is delicate with a neutral expression, adorned with light blue eye shadow and a subtle pink lip. Her hair is a cascade of intricate, blue and white strands. She wears a net-like garment over her chest. The skin is a pale tone. Visible tattoos on her arms depict skeletal figures and aquatic designs. The overall style is reminiscent of a dreamlike, digitally painted fantasy illustration.
