Gigantic cargo spaceship city with domed rooftop metropolis

A colossal, gigantic bulbous new cargo spaceship with integrated modular cargo pods along the sides. The spaceship is so bit it is its own galactic city. The top of the hip is a huge bustling city under a dome. The immense cargo pods run along side the gigantic Space freighter.
