Cyberpunk Anime Parkour Character

Create a dynamic cyberpunk character illustration of this exact character in a high-energy urban action scene. He is a stylish, confident young man with a mischievous edge, posed mid-vault over a rooftop ledge with fluid, acrobatic precision, captured at the apex of a parkour movement. His body cuts diagonally across the frame from lower right to upper left, creating a strong sense of motion and visual tension. One hand is firmly planted on the concrete edge for balance while the rest of his body lifts and rotates overhead in a controlled, athletic sweep. The moment should feel like a perfectly timed burst of action, frozen at the split second where momentum, balance, and intent all meet. His pose should suggest practiced skill and complete confidence, as though this is a deliberate maneuver performed effortlessly rather than a reckless leap. Dress him in his signature black jacket with an oversized high collar, covered in vivid neon green and orange graphic markings that glow like electric paint under city light. Preserve his key design features: tousled dark hair with neon green and orange accents, sharp brows, glowing green eyes, dangling cross earring, slim black pants, and dark boots. The background should be a futuristic rooftop cityscape at night filled with illuminated billboards, saturated neon signage, distant skyscrapers, and a web of power lines that frame the action without overpowering it. Add a bold turquoise or neon-green streak of motion behind him that echoes the direction of his vault and reinforces the feeling of speed. Subtle motion lines near the elevated leg or trailing foot should suggest a rapid upward swing and make the movement feel immediate and forceful. Keep the composition cinematic and strongly diagonal, with the rooftop ledge anchoring the foreground and the open city stretching behind him. The scene should feel charged and kinetic, with the stillness of the city contrasting against the sharp implied motion of the figure. Emphasize agility, velocity, and control, making the image feel like a standout frame from a larger chase sequence. Use a polished anime-inspired illustration style with crisp linework, dramatic perspective, intense neon rim lighting, high contrast shadows, and saturated cyberpunk color. The final image should balance elegance and force, making the character feel cool, athletic, and slightly dangerous in a sleek futuristic setting.
