Anime Character Vaulting Across a Rooftop

Create a dynamic illustration of this exact character vaulting over a rooftop ledge at night, captured at the peak of a fluid parkour move. His body should cut diagonally across the frame with one hand planted on the concrete edge while the rest of him sweeps overhead in a controlled, athletic motion. The pose should feel fast, confident, and deliberate, like a perfectly timed burst of movement frozen mid-action. Keep his key design traits from the references: tousled dark hair with vivid neon green and orange accents, glowing green eyes, cross earring, oversized black high-collar jacket with bright green and orange graphic markings, slim dark pants, and dark boots. His expression should be focused and slightly mischievous, with a cool, self-assured energy. Add a subtle streak of neon motion behind him and faint motion accents near the lifted leg to emphasize speed. Use a similar cyberpunk anime aesthetic to the references, but reinterpret it as hand-illustrated artwork on textured white paper. The linework should feel inked by hand, with crisp stylized contours, bold shadow shapes, and vivid marker- or gouache-like color accents laid over visible paper texture. Keep the background minimal and airy, suggesting a futuristic rooftop and distant neon city elements without fully rendering a dense scene. The final piece should feel like polished concept art sketched and painted traditionally on paper: graphic, energetic, and expressive.
