Close-Up Watercolor Mermaid Portrait

Create a high resolution watercolor painting of a beautiful mermaid. Focus on a close up portrait of her face and shoulders. Use soft, bleeding edges and wet on wet techniques. Her hair should flow like liquid silk in [COLOR] tones. Give her skin a pearlescent glow with hints of [COLOR] and [COLOR]. Include delicate details like small scales on her cheekbones and shimmering saltwater droplets. The background should be a dreamy, blurred wash of oceanic blues and teals. Use a bright, ethereal light source from above to create a soft glow. Ensure the style looks like traditional hand painted art on thick cold press paper. Avoid sharp lines. Keep the mood serene and magical.
