A Wigged Pelican Lounges with a Small Dog in a Comic Scene

A cartoon pelican in a blue coat, powdered wig, and top hat, lounging in a brown armchair, with a small brown dog sitting on the armrest. The pelican holds a glass of bubbly liquid with a straw and a soda siphon is visible on a side table. The background is a blue halftone dot pattern. The style is reminiscent of classic comic strips, with bold outlines, flat colors, and a slightly exaggerated, humorous tone. The lighting is bright and even, typical of comic book art. The composition is a medium shot, focusing on the characters and their relaxed scene. The overall mood is one of leisure and lighthearted amusement.
