A woman in a red dress smokes beside a building on a rainy night

A beautiful, mysterious woman in a wide-brimmed hat and a slinky RED dress, smoking a cigarette, leaning against a building a dark street in the middle of a rainy night. There is an open diner across the street there are 1950s style cars along the dark street. Black and white animation style except for her red dress, film noir aesthetic, with sharp contrasts, dramatic chiaroscuro lighting, and a palpable sense of danger. Inspired by the gritty photography of Weegee and the atmospheric cinematography of Billy Wilder's "Double Indemnity."
