Un boucher japonais découpe du bœuf wagyu persillé dans une boutique rustique

An elderly Japanese butcher wearing a white chef coat, apron, and white hachimaki headband carefully slices a large, heavily marbled piece of raw Wagyu beef on a thick wooden cutting board. He holds a sharp knife in his right hand. The foreground is filled with wooden trays presenting various cuts of raw, marbled beef adorned with small wooden price signs written in Japanese Kanji. The butcher shop is built from weathered dark wood, featuring a prominent wooden sign reading "肉のやまだ" hung above, alongside white paper banners displaying calligraphic text. Warm overhead cage lights illuminate the rustic stall, which also holds hanging meat hooks and a traditional hanging dial scale. In the background, an open harbor displays fishing boats and calm water under a vivid sunset sky painted in orange, gold, and purple tones, with distant mountain silhouettes. Other stall workers are visible in soft focus in the background. Eye-level, medium close-up shot captured with a shallow depth of field, rendering the foreground cuts sharp while softly blurring the harbor. The color palette pairs golden lighting with deep crimson beef hues and twilight sky colors. Rich cinematic photography with high texture detail on the wooden surfaces, raw meat marbling, and metal fixtures, creating an authentic, atmospheric market scene.
