Femme de dos tenant des narcisses jaunes

Oil painting of a woman seen from behind, with dark hair gathered in a soft chignon, bare shoulders and back rendered in bold golden-yellow tones with thick brushstrokes and texture achieved with a palette knife. She wears a backless black dress with angular folds and rough fabric painted with thick black impasto strokes. She holds a tall stem with two large yellow daffodil flowers in full bloom, painted with loose and expressive petals and a darker orange trumpet-shaped center. Perchance org #Mary
