Uomo dei cartoni vintage che abbatte un martello delle tasse su un misuratore di forza

a vintage-style cartoon illustration featuring a character with exaggerated features, including a large nose and expressive eyes. The character has a light blue face and is wearing a red jacket with the name 'BRACK' written on it. They are holding a large hammer labeled 'TAXES' and are about to strike a button on a strength tester machine. The machine has a vertical scale with the words 'FIRST COST' on it, and the scale reads up to '54,100'. A cloud-like puff is depicted above the machine, suggesting impact. At the bottom, there is a red and black text box with the caption: 'BRACK: - LET'S SEE HOW HIGH I CAN BLOW THIS TIME...'. The overall color scheme includes red, blue, and black, with a textured background giving it a retro appearance.
