Due persone passeggiano mano nella mano per una strada di periferia di notte

Impressionist painting of two figures strolling along a suburban street, coming towards the viewer, hand in hand, with a McDonalds drive-through and a variety of other strip mall shops on either side of the road. They are only lightly defined—more impressions of people than precise portraits—yet their movement feels alive. Its night, the scene is lit by lights from the shops. capture the changing atmosphere rather than sharp outlines. Shadows are painted with cool violets and blues instead of black. Up close, the canvas appears to be a mosaic of energetic dabs and strokes. From a few steps back, those marks merge into a luminous, vibrant landscape that conveys the sensation of a single, beautiful instant before it slips away.
