Una donna fantasy con un falco tra rovine medievali ricoperte di vegetazione

This is a meticulously detailed, full-length portrait of a woman, shown from a frontal perspective. She is a young woman with wavy, reddish-brown hair. Her expression is calm yet intense, and she maintains direct eye contact with the viewer. Her figure is slender—feminine, yet athletic. She wears a long-sleeved, black-and-red leather tunic in a medieval-fantasy style, fastened at the front with buckles. Beneath this, she wears a black medieval shirt, black leather trousers laced at the sides, and high-shaft boots adorned with metal buckles. Strapped to her back—held by a leather belt slung across her shoulder—is a long sword, sheathed in its scabbard. On her hands, she wears dark brown leather gloves embossed with Celtic patterns. In one hand, she holds a letter written on parchment; at the bottom, a broken red wax seal is visible. In her other hand, she grips a dagger—evidently the tool used to open the letter. A hunting falcon perches upon her shoulder. The background features a ruined medieval structure, now reclaimed by nature, with trees, shrubs, and climbing plants growing amidst the remains. The oil painting technique creates soft, blended shadows across the figures. The scene captures a moment pregnant with an ancient secret waiting to be uncovered, blending the intimacy of a portrait with the striking grandeur of the setting.
