Un minuscule manchot prend la parole dans un smoking et un haut-de-forme trop grands

A comically formal scene unfolds in this charming chalk crayon illustration where a tiny penguin, dwarfed by an oversized tuxedo and top hat, stands rigidly at a grand podium delivering what appears to be a very important speech. The penguin's monocle sits crookedly on its beak, adding to the absurd elegance of the moment. An audience of giggling ducklings watches from below, their childlike energy contrasting sharply with the penguin's serious demeanor. Above, an ornate golden chandelier hangs in the soft glow of peach and lavender light, while a crooked banner proclaims this gathering as a Very Important Meeting. The entire scene is rendered in dusty pastel chalks on a dark chalkboard background, with smudged textures, powdery pigment layers, and hand-drawn imperfections that add warmth and whimsy to this delightfully silly formal gathering.
