1. The Lion and the Clever Fox In a deep jungle, there lived a powerful lion. All the animals were afraid of him. One day, the lion could not find any food and became very hungry. A clever fox saw the angry lion and said, “Your Majesty, I can show you a fat deer.” The lion happily followed the fox. The fox took him near a deep well. When the lion looked inside, he saw his own reflection and thought another lion was there. In anger, he roared loudly and jumped into the well. The fox laughed and said, “Wisdom is stronger than power.” Moral: Intelligence is greater than strength.
