死神がペストに侵されたモノクロの村を見下ろす光景

A terrifying image done in grayscale of an entire village dying of a horrible plague. There are people writhing in the streets of the old European style village. In the town square is a giant grim reaper holding a big sythe. In the background is a horrific skull vaguely visible hovering over the dying village.
