Vintage Comic Police Officer and Raincoat Scene

A cartoon illustration in a classic comic book style, depicting a comical scene with exaggerated characters and bold outlines. A stern-faced police officer in a black uniform, complete with a helmet, is angrily scolding a man wearing a bright yellow raincoat. The officer is holding a baton, ready to strike, while the man recoils with a look of fear and a raised hand, clutching a green suitcase. A small, scruffy orange dog on a leash is positioned between them, looking bewildered and slightly distressed, with a puddle beneath it. The background is a plain, off-white color, emphasizing the characters and their interaction. The color palette is vibrant and high-contrast, with strong blacks and bright yellows and oranges. The lighting is flat, typical of comic book panels, with no discernible shadows. The composition is dynamic, with the characters in mid-action and lines suggesting movement and sound. The overall mood is humorous and chaotic, capturing a moment of slapstick comedy. Style: Vintage comic art, European bande dessinée, Franco-Belgian comics.
