Fear often magnifies everything, to the point that every step seems crucial, too important, too serious, as if the entire direction of life depended on a single choice. The perfect scenario, the ideal outcome, the pressure to avoid mistakes immediately forms in the mind, and so even just starting becomes difficult. It's not a lack of desire, it's that the bar has been raised too high for a first step. And so a simple and sincere gesture helps, lightening all this weight. Seeing what you have to do not as a test, but as an attempt, a test in which you can make mistakes, change your mind, do things imperfectly and still be fine. From there, a different lightness arises, something begins to move again, space is created for error without it feeling like a fall. And it is precisely in this state that what had remained stagnant for so long finally moves. Not perfectly, not according to all the rules, but truly. And after that, it becomes easier, because fear loses its power the moment it stops being the center.
