The floating city is surrounded on every side by spectacular layers of Jupiter's clouds — enormous swirling formations in deep orange, rusty red, ochre, golden yellow, cream, dark brown, muted blue and pale turquoise. Thick clouds pass both in front of and behind the city, creating tremendous atmospheric depth and making the city appear to float inside an endless alien ocean of clouds. Powerful sunlight breaks through the clouds from above, creating dramatic volumetric rays, illuminating parts of the steel structures while other sections disappear into dark atmospheric shadows. Strong contrast between warm sunlight, dark metallic architecture and colorful alien clouds. Moisture, mist, atmospheric particles and clouds partially covering the structures. Extreme sense of scale: the city is gigantic, with enormous industrial structures and platforms disappearing into the clouds, yet the surrounding atmospheric formations are vastly larger.
