A blue whale moves beneath the ocean amid swirling eddies

Under the ocean, a graceful Blue Whale, with swirling eddies behind it used to convey its strength and power. I've used a fusion of Suminagashi style with Sprezzatura style to convey a sense of studied carelessness, as if the very act of painting is a mere afterthought, when it is in fact the art of masterful control. I name this blend Suminatura. I've used a colour palate of fine blue washes for lighter tones, and shades of purple for darker tones. And I've included improvised loose fine strands of gold to complement the brushwork.
