Grotesque walking brain monster in an eerie lab

A gargantuan brain with thick, whitish, leathery skin and gnarled, pulsing veins, featuring a large, evil eye at its front that stares menacingly. It sports a wide, toothy evil grin, revealing crooked, yellowed teeth, with the upper eyelid appearing as a long bushy eyebrow and the lower eyelid as sharp teeth scraping the wicked eyeball.
