Moon-Headed Drummer in a 1980s Black-and-White Scene
About This Moon Drummer Artwork
A closer look at the subject, style and details in this image.
The concept centers on a moon-headed, short-haired puppet figure playing a drum kit in an energetic pose. The monochrome scene pairs its squinting expression with a large heading above and a smaller handwritten line, monogram, and date below.
A black-and-white photographic treatment gives the 1980s-inspired scene a dramatic, nostalgic feel. Its mix of a fantastical character and music imagery could suit a retro concert poster or an experimental album cover.
