Scowling Cartoon Soldier in a Military Interior

A caricatured, muscular man with a scowl and sharp teeth, wearing a green beret, a grey tank top, and a tactical vest. He has a cigar clenched in his teeth and a prominent tattoo on his left arm that reads "RACBM" with a lightning bolt symbol above it. He is holding an assault rifle with both hands, pointing it slightly upwards and to the left. The background depicts the interior of a military vehicle or structure, with metallic, riveted walls in a dull olive green color. The style is a gritty, hand-drawn cartoon with a limited, desaturated color palette of greens, greys, and browns, creating a harsh and menacing atmosphere. The lighting is flat and direct, typical of illustration. The composition is a medium shot, focusing on the character and his weapon, with a slight upward angle. The overall mood is aggressive, intimidating, and political.
