Sad Girl at a Rainy Desk, Sketch Illustration
About This Sad Girl Illustration
A closer look at the subject, style and details in this image.
A girl slumps over a cluttered wooden desk in a room with rain streaking the window. She rests her head on folded arms, wearing a faded orange sweatshirt and ripped jeans, while a crumpled piece of paper lies nearby.
Rough ink outlines and scratchy marks give the digital cartoon concept an unsettled, hand-drawn feel. Her tired expression and the rainy setting convey weariness and grief, making the idea suited to a storybook cover or an emotional character reference.
