Abstract Face Painting with Fiery Colors
About This Abstract Face Artwork
A closer look at the subject, style and details in this image.
This portrait-oriented wall artwork brings a dark human face into an abstract composition of sweeping ribbons, fractured geometric planes, and fluid molten shapes. The face emerges subtly from the colors, with selected highlights revealing its eyes, cheekbones, nose, and lips.
Mixed-media textures and overlapping layers give the design a mysterious, symbolic feel, while dramatic contrast adds depth. Its balanced edges suit a framed gallery print, and its concealed face could also inform a dramatic book cover.
