A surreal architectural scene at dusk: a massive brutalist concrete structure of stacked cubic volumes, arched openings, circular voids and a long exterior staircase, standing at the edge of a perfectly still body of water with wide shallow steps descending into it. Behind the building, an enormous hot-pink sun sinks toward the horizon in a hazy violet-blue sky scattered with faint stars, its magenta glow reflecting in a long saturated stripe across the dark water.
