A steampunk city skyline glows around a giant clock tower

A vibrant steampunk city skyline at sunset, dominated by a giant clock tower. In the foreground, three stylized female figures in scanty, colorful bikinis strike dynamic dance poses on elevated metal platforms adorned with gears and intricate railings. The central figure, a cheerful green goblin with pointed ears and a mischievous grin, stands triumphantly on a mechanical platform, one finger pointed upwards, with two small pink pigs playfully interacting with him. Another piglet stands at his feet. The overall aesthetic is a comic book style illustration with bold outlines and bright, saturated colors. The lighting is warm and golden, casting long shadows and creating a festive, energetic atmosphere. The background features airships, smokestacks emitting plumes of steam, and industrial architecture, all rendered with a sense of depth and grandeur. The composition is dynamic, with characters in mid-motion and a slightly low camera angle emphasizing the scene's activity. The mood is celebratory and whimsical, with elements of fantasy and adventure.
