High frequency current generator driving a red electric coil

We drive the coil with a specially designed alternating current generator (red) capable of generating many thousands of current reversals per second, or we generate an oscillation in the secondary circuit with a frequency of many hundreds of thousands, or, if we wish, millions, by discharging a capacitor across the primary circuit. By either method, we enter previously unexplored territory.
