A sinister nun guards an ancient prayer book inside a decaying church

A terrifying Evil Nun stands at the heart of a decaying church, rendered as an ultra-detailed, hyperrealistic 8K image fused with pop-surrealism and dramatic comic-book illustration. Her gaunt face, chalk-pale skin, hollow shadowed eyes, and crooked, unsettling smile suggest a sinister presence beyond the human; a severe black habit and weathered white wimple frame her features, with frayed fabric, tarnished rosary beads, and subtle signs of age and neglect. She grips a heavy, ancient prayer book as though guarding a forbidden secret, while her rigid posture and slightly tilted head create an unnerving sense of attention. Around her, warped pews, cracked stone arches, peeling religious murals, and melted candle stubs recede into a deep, oppressive nave. Stained-glass windows cast blood-red, bruised violet, and sickly gold fragments across the floor, mingling with cold moonlight and drifting incense smoke. Distorted cherub faces and indistinct shadows lurk in the background, adding macabre absurdity and dark humor without distracting from the nun. Compose as a low-angle, cinematic medium-wide shot, with sharp central focus, dramatic chiaroscuro, glossy highlights, rich tactile textures, and exaggerated comic-book contours. The mood is sensual in its theatrical intensity, grotesque, uncanny, and gothic.
