Lumens are the credits used on PicLumen. Each image and video generation or editing action will consume a certain number of Lumens depending on the models used.

Lumen expiration depends on the source: • Lumens included in a subscription plan reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over by default, unless you are on a plan with Lumen Vault enabled. • Purchased Lumen packages expire as specified at the time of purchase; current terms are shown on the purchase page. • Promotional or bonus Lumens expire as communicated at the time of issuance.

Lumen Vault is available to Elite subscribers. It automatically rolls over a portion of your unused monthly subscription Lumens to the next billing cycle. Roll-over rates vary by plan and billing cycle (higher for annual); current rates are on the subscription page. Your total rolled-over Lumens can't exceed your plan's monthly Lumen allocation. Elite is PicLumen's highest-tier individual plan, designed for high-volume creators, professional studios, and power users. It offers 15,000 to 60,000 Lumens per month across four sub-tiers, with Hyper generation mode (up to 10 concurrent tasks), 30% Lumen Vault roll-over (annual billing), and business-level commercial licensing. If your current monthly spend on Lumen top-ups exceeds the Elite monthly price, Elite typically offers a lower effective cost per Lumen. Current pricing is on the subscription page.

Relax Mode allows continued generation after your Lumens run out, at lower priority and slower speed. For image generation, Standard, Pro, and Elite subscribers have unlimited Relax Mode access (PicLumen models); Lite has limited access. For video generation in Relax Mode, this is available to Pro and Elite subscribers only. Relax Mode is exclusive to PicLumen series models.

Generation speed is tied to your subscription plan: • Basic: Normal Mode • Lite: Standard Mode • Standard: Fast Mode • Pro: Turbo Mode • Elite: Hyper Mode Higher modes deliver faster results and support more concurrent tasks. When your Lumens run out, you can continue generating in Relax Mode at lower priority (see related question above).

Commercial use rights depend on your subscription plan: • Basic: No commercial use rights. • Lite: Limited commercial license. • Standard: Full commercial license. • Pro: Full commercial license with extension rights. • Elite: Business-level commercial license. This depends on your account status: ● Active subscribers: Your price remains locked for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption, even if public pricing increases. ● Cancelled or lapsed subscribers: If you cancel or allow your subscription to lapse, the price lock is forfeited. Resubscribing will be at the pricing in effect at that time. ● Plan upgrades: Upgrading to a higher-tier plan permanently resets your pricing to the rate applicable at the time of upgrade. Your previous price cannot be reinstated. If a promotional upgrade program is available at the time of your upgrade, applicable terms will be presented before you confirm.

Yes. We have free Lumen every day for experience features. Please fully experience the product before subscribing. Subscriptions are not refundable. Canceling a subscription means that you will not be subscribing from the next period, but it does not amount to a refund of your current subscription. Upon cancellation of the subscription, all benefits are retained until the end of the subscription period. You own the rights to the images and videos you generate using your own prompts, subject to the commercial license terms of your subscription plan.
